Sitting and Waiting

So today I had an appointment with my kidney doctor so that I can find out what is happening to them. While I was in the hospital my kidneys started to produce too much protein and cause for my pee to become a latte color. I had a 24 hour urine analysis done while I was there to see if they could find out, at my first appointment with this doctor we were told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my results so they ordered more tests. I had another 24 hour urine analysis done as well as about 10 vials of blood drawn and an ultrasound done of my kidneys. The ultrasound of my kidneys came back normal, I don't have any cysts, tumors, blockage, stones, cancers, or anything like those affecting my kidney health. However the results of my urine analysis show a different story. I am still spilling too much protein in my urine. My levels are 1,100 whereas normal results are 150. Almost 10 times the levels they are supposed to be at. With my kidneys spilling this much protein in my urine it can have negative effects on my health in the long run. Depending on what my blood results say, because the test center lost my results, I may have to have a kidney biopsy done to see if we can find out what is going on. We just have to wait until I am off Xeralto to do that test though.

3:45 pm: My lab results have been found and we are now waiting for them to fax them over and my doctor to look at them. Praying for good news.

3:50 pm: So we continue to wait. My doctor came into the room to tell me that the testing center is not sending over my results for whatever reason. So although I am now home I am still awaiting my results so I can know if I have to have a biopsy or if they found something in my blood that gives us the answers. 

7:50 pm: Both offices have now closed for the day, so I wait for answers till another day. The office is going to call me when the results come through but until then I wait with anticipation. To know what is wrong with me.

Update: So it has now been over 24 hours since I left the office for my appointment. I called up in order to find out what my results where as the told me to. My blood work is perfect. There is nothing to indicate why I am spilling so much protein in my urine, but I still am. Not as much as when I was in the hospital but still too much. My doctor is out of town for another week so I won't have an actual answer until then however my guess says that I will probably have to have a kidney biopsy in the near future.
